However, it is recognised that there are a number of officers, who in order to fulfill their role, require access to specific courses and that the level of access will vary according to the role and responsibility of each person. Upon rectifying such problems, an email outlining the action taken and procedures carried out will be forwarded to the Manager ACUonline, the Director of Flexible Teaching and Learning and the relevant person whose account was accessed via proxy login.
